Frequently asked questions
How much does a configurator cost?
Projects start at €2,500 for one product line. Larger ranges are quoted individually after the free demo. Maintenance, price updates and new models are available as a monthly option.
What do you need from us?
Product photos, basic dimensions, a list of options and your price list. If you have CAD files we use them; otherwise we build the models from photos.
How quickly does the configurator go live?
The first version is usually ready 7 days after we receive your price lists and dimensions. Larger ranges (L and XL packages) are delivered in phases, and the first phase is also ready within a week. Timing depends mainly on how quickly we get the data.
Which platforms does it work on?
WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Shopware and custom websites. We embed it as part of the page, with a dynamic price in the cart.
We don't have an online shop. Does a configurator still make sense?
Yes. The buyer configures the product and sends an enquiry, and your sales team gets a PDF quote with every selected option. No more phone calls asking which colour and which size.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. We keep the models lightweight so they load in seconds even on mobile data. You can try every example on this page on your phone.
