Terms of use

This is a translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Slovenian version prevails.

1. General

These terms govern the use of the Kubivu website operated by Garant24 spletna trgovina, proizvodnja in druge storitve d.o.o., Glavni trg 17B, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia, registration number 9620192000, VAT ID SI23971924 (“we”). By using the site, you agree to these terms.

2. Purpose of the site and who it is for

The site presents our services: building 3D viewers, product configurators, room planners and how-it-works animations, and embedding them in our clients' websites.

We offer our services exclusively to companies, sole traders and other businesses for the purposes of their business activity. We do not enter into contracts with consumers, so consumer protection rules (the Slovenian ZVPot-1), including the right of withdrawal, do not apply to our services.

3. Content is for information only

  • Prices, packages and lead times on the site are for information only and do not constitute a binding offer. A contract is formed only on the basis of a written quote accepted by the client.
  • VAT is charged in accordance with applicable law. How it applies to an individual client is stated in the quote.
  • Lead times run from receipt of all the data we need (photos, dimensions, price list).
  • The 3D models, product names, prices and PDF quotes in the demo configurators are examples for demonstration. They are not an offer to sell these products.
  • The case studies described are projects we have delivered. We present the details on a demo call.

4. Free demo

The demo is free and non-binding. Material you send us for the demo (photos, dimensions, price lists) is used only to prepare the demo and the quote, and we will not publish it or share it with third parties without your permission.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the site, including texts, 3D models, textures, graphics, program code and design, is protected by copyright and belongs to us or our contractual partners. Without our written permission, you may not:

  • copy, download or export 3D models and other files from the site;
  • disassemble, decompile or otherwise derive the source code;
  • use the content for commercial purposes or to build competing solutions.

Clients' rights to configurators built for them are governed by the individual contract.

6. Permitted use

You may not use the site in a way that disrupts its operation, overloads the servers (for example through automated content scraping) or enables unauthorised access to systems.

7. Limitation of liability

We strive to keep the site running without interruption and the information accurate, but we cannot guarantee this. We are not liable for damage arising from use of the site, its temporary unavailability or reliance on its informational content, unless the damage was caused intentionally or through gross negligence. How 3D content performs also depends on your device and browser.

We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites that any links lead to.

8. Data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms at any time. Changes take effect on the day they are published on this page.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms and the use of the site are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. We will try to resolve any disputes amicably. If that is not possible, the court with subject-matter jurisdiction in Maribor has jurisdiction.
